Once the application period closes, the most promising ideas are selected to compete in the finals. The finalists will practice their pitching and presentation skills at the Idearace Bootcamp before stepping into the spotlight at the final event.
In 2025, teams competed in one category. Idearace Open is an industry-independent competition category for all university students studying in Finland and private individuals and entrepreneurs in South Karelia.
